SUNSPOT QuickGreen Cuisine was birthed in concept in 1992, in actuality in 1994, and sold in 1997. Over 60 people put their energies into creating this Seattle-based quickservice restaurant chain; thousands of customers loved the food we created and delivered. The vision and the whole story needs to be told one of these days in order to help others do successfully what we were unable to continue.
